At WonderVault.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Used items
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the product
    • Packaging images

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, return shipping is free
  • For customer preference returns, shipping charges may apply

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • wrong product received
