3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally happen due to:

6. Incorrect Address

WonderVault.store is not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • delays caused by incomplete information

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the order remains undelivered due to:

  • customer unavailability
  • incorrect address
  • refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to us.


8. International Shipping

Currently, WonderVault.store may only ship within selected regions/countries.

International shipping availability and charges will be shown during checkout if supported.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Take photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund options.
